Michael was a true professional. Extremely polite and clearly knows Miami! He was fun and entertaining throughout.

The boat is awesome and it was a great way of seeing Miami from the water. Michael has clearly spent time to get to know all of the information to make the tour great. We even saw a manatee!

We saw another tour boat that was crammed with people and was moving slowly around the waterways. Spend the money and book this trip - you will not be disappointed! read less

Pay the money go on a fantastic tour! It was VIP all the way.. it was my husband's first time to Miami and I wanted him to truly enjoy and get to see some great sites. .Boat was high quality nice clean... Michael was so awesome so funny and super knowledgeable made us feel great! We didn't want to be smashed on a boat with many others for a fun experience at a less expensive price trust me we thought about it and decided to spend the money on this tour and I'm so glad we did!!! do it you won't regret it!! I read the reviews and was a little skeptical, but decided to go with it. I'm so glad that I did because my kids had such an amazing time! They were talking about it that night at dinner and all through the next day! The tour guide was fun, knowledgeable and funny! We will definitely be doing this tour next time we come back to Miami! It was a fun, relaxing and informative way to see Miami and the beautiful waterfront homes. Captain Mike was a great host and is very knowledgeable about the area and highlighted many of Miami's famous residences. The boat is very comfortable and great for sight seeing. He would stop in front of a point of interest so we could hear and take photos, no annoying bullhorns, here. Then we would speed up to the next. Learned a lot about Miami, the people , past and present. I highly recommend Mike and his speedboat tour over some overcrowded boat with a prerecorded speech that contains questionable facts and you can't ask questions. Beautiful tour. Well done! read less

As we started all went very well, weather was perfect, kids and us enjoyed it very much. Mike is very friendly, knowledgeable and gave us a very pleasant time. Then from nowhere, Mike told us that he see a hurricane is coming, we couldn’t grasp it and couldn’t believe it. But within few minutes, sky went dark, wind became very strong, rain and lights, shower... luckily Mike dropped us off at a safe place, few seconds before all this began.
Mike invited us for a new tour, but as we had to fly back home, we couldn’t take this.
I asked for a partial refund, but Mike insisted on a full refund! What a guy! I love him!!! More read less
